This is an easy and quick pasta recipe. My 15 yr old son made it on his own. As the pasta cooks, you saute garlic, greens (we used spinach, its too early for chard here), and then buzz it up in the blender with some ricotta, and nutmeg. This produced a beautiful green sauce with an excellent fresh flavor.
We forgot the nuts (aw nuts!) - but I think they would have been a really good addition.
