Mine took about 10 minutes and had a nice crisp and sandy texture. I made these with crunchy Skippy (recipe calls for natural/smooth) and they were great.

A perfectly classic peanut butter cookie. It made me ridiculously happy to make the little fork Crisscrosses on these.
