Rich chocolate goodness - perfect for ice cream.

This recipe uses semi-sweet and unsweetened chocolate, heavy cream, and your choice of Cognac or Grand Marnier. My family voted for Grant Marnier, which gave the sauce a very subtle orange flavor.

Originally I was making this to go on coffee ice cream, but with the orange flavor, I opted for vanilla. It is really good. Not too sweet (no added sugar), and a perfect texture. Why not a five? I guess I'm hoping there could be something even better.
