A quick, easy but tasty appetizer to make. We used the optional roasted red peppers instead of pimentos to make the cheese stuffing. It's a quick and simple pimento cheese stuffed into dill pickle halves. We made these for our Christmas Eve appetizers and will be making them again and again.
