This recipe intrigued me and I went online to see if I could find it....I found instead a recipe for a comfort food from my childhood that my mother hasn't made in decades. She only knew it by a cutsie, childish name which never yielded any online results when I'd looked before. Turns out they're called potato zrazy (still don't know the proper Polish name).

So thank you for this review, I never would have found it otherwise. My parents are looking forward to me making them now : )!
