I liked the idea, but it was just plain boring. I used the whole can of tomatoes (400 instead of 250g), added another 5 dried apricots and at least another teaspoon caraway, and yet there was just nothing going on there... It definitely needs a few extra ingredients; ideally, it should be something a bit like the Puy Lentils with Sour Cherries, Bacon and Gorgonzola. I guess I'll have to think about that again.
And what an extremely silly title!
