This was a very tasty mac and cheese. We liked the little bit of spiciness from the jalapeƱos. It also called for Serranos but I couldn't find them. We enjoyed the mixture of Monterey Jack and cream cheese. It called for a hollow ridged corkscrew pasta but since I did ditilini on hand I used it.
