Daughter, son, hubby and I loved this one. How can you go wrong with bacon, sour dough bread, and cheese. I couldn't find smoked mozzarella though so I added a dash of liquid smoke along with the mozzarella. Part of Christmas Breakfast 2014.

This one is easy for a hot day since you soak the beans overnight then place in the slow cooker atop some chopped bacon and onions with chicken broth and water to cook. When they're almost done you add a can of fire roasted tomatoes. Not sure why they're...

Even son and hubby loved these. This is a healthier version of Philly Cheese steaks which are lightened up by using only a fraction of the oil to sauté the red onions, some portobello mushrooms instead of all meat, as well as using a leaner cut of steak....

This was beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. I did cut my tomato into smaller wedges to make it easier to eat. Since I couldn't find watercress in my local market I got some really good looking argula and used that.
