A very good basic white loaf. I haven't made bread by hand in years (so long that I can't remember the last time), but this came out great the first time. My only confusion was with shaping the dough at the end; a diagram or illustration would be much appreciated! After looking at videos online, I concluded that after shaping the dough into a long rectangle, you should fold it in thirds along the short dimension, not the long. I did it the opposite way, but it came out great anyway!
