Yet another delicious recipe! The dressing for this salad is so tasty, with just the right level of sweetness. I went to the trouble of shelling the sugar snap peas, but I don' think it is necessary. I think the salad would be equally good if made with frozen peas, or if you just sliced up the sugar snap peas. I will certainly make this recipe again!
