Since we've been getting some really good corn lately and I had some frozen shrimp leftover from making the Shrimp Club Salad p 87, I decided to try this recipe. I'm sure glad I did since this one is delicious. I only make half a recipe for hubby and I. I didn't have have any fresh basil so I just sprinkled some tarragon on mine instead.
