These meatballs are made with ground pork, spices, lemon zest, ketchup, bread, garlic, and onions. The garlic and onions are chopped in a food processor - we recommend being sure to chop these finely - we didn't and wished we had. The resulting meatballs were a lovely texture and nicely flavorful.
The salsa is composed to pineapple, green onions, and cherry tomatoes. We were skeptical, but it tasted surprisingly good with the meatballs.
The cooking instructions say to broil on medium. Our broiler has only a low and high setting, so we used high. They were done in about 9 minutes rather than the suggested 15 minutes.
