Rating - 5, fantastic, going in the rotation and I would eat it again tomorrow if I could.

This quite simply is the best breaded pork chop recipe. I will never make another breaded pork chop recipe again. Ever. The recipe was developed such that the breading does not fall off when you cut the chop. It is worth making your own breadcrumbs. This recipe works on thick cut and thin cut chops.
