This one was good but I used a larger roast with a bone than called for so I really should have used more of the seasoning. There was plenty of liquid so that really didn't need to be doubled. I did enjoy the flavor from the citrus herb seasoning, Jack Daniels, OJ concentrate and Dijon. My sister said the left overs would be good to shred and add some BBQ sauce so that's what I'm thinking of doing.
