This is pretty much my favorite meal ever. I don't really change anything (well except I normally use plain ol' celery rather than celeriac, it's simpler, used in more things, and I just like it a little more) - which is quite rare for me, I nearly always adapt recipes, sometimes quite heavily! But this one is just perfect and fabulous!
