A really delicious recipe that is quick and easy and uses very few ingredients. We usually have it over rice, making this a very fast and simple dinner.
This was fast and very good -- a nice way to deal with the leeks we had on hand. Both my kids loved it, although it didn't go over so well in lunches the next day.
Another fast and flavorful meal that has the veg built right in. I like to add a bit of vermouth to the broth to give it an extra kick of flavor.
