This has been my go to falafel recipe for a long time, however it is not quite as herbaceous as I like. Now I use the recipe from Falafel For Breakfast (by Rantissi and Frawley), or I dress this one up with more cilantro and parsley. Falafel varies widely in the Middle East/household to household and I have never had a homemade falafel I didn't like, however I do think Ottolenghi/Tamimi recipe is a better recipe than most.
