The recipe calls for refrigerated mashed potatoes... gross. We used real potatoes and made mashed potatoes instead.

Surprisingly, we did find beef tips in gravy at the store. This would be a decent meal for a busy, working mom to make ... otherwise I think we could all do much better than this.
