This sound interesting - maybe even good! I tend to shy away from recipes such as this - but hmmm, for this time of the year, a recipe like this sound like just the thing!

By the way -- if you like numbers, this is review 13231 (a palindromic number).

My mother discovered the deliciousness of raw root vegetables years (decades) ago in her desperation to get her 4 children to eat more veggies! Rutabaga tastes like slightly sweet cabbage....it would be great shredded like coleslaw.

heh, heh......palindromic number....I don't think I've heard that term since I was on the high school math team!
