originally published requiring 'gray' salt. changed, I see, at MyRecipes. I did use gray salt, which I found in bulk at our local market (New Seasons Market)--which means, I bought a tiny amount INSTEAD of paying $8.00 for a large bottle. (love bulk buying--can try all kinds of ingredients for a few dimes usually.) (added by Catbatty)
