Recipe Review
Sovay from Northern England,
I live close to the West Yorkshire Rhubarb Triangle so there's plenty of lovely new rhubarb about at the moment, and as I have a little of the year-before-last's sloe gin left I decided to give this a try. The sloe gin certainly gave the rhubarb a new dimension; I let it cool to room temperature whilst boiling down the juices to a syrup.
