This was an easy mid-week dinner, and unlike most home-made veggie burgers I've prepared, it held together through cooking.
The burger mostly contains garbanzo beans, but also spinach, carrots, eggs, bread crumbs, and of course, chia seeds. Spiced with cumin, coriander, and smoked paprika, this smelled wonderful (but needed a bit more of a punch). It made four LARGE patties. I found them a bit dry, but they were quite respectable.
