Interesting idea, looks nice, but isn't entirely convincing flavourwise. I think my main problem is that I don't like the taste of baked avocado - raw avocado is nice and creamy, baked avocado loses a bit of the creaminess without gaining anything else in return. Also, I was surprised by how little egg you'll manage to pour into the space of the avocado pit, and of course I only found out once I had filled at least one half of the avocado. Minus points also for the fact that they didn't even give an approximate indication how long it would take the eggs to be baked.
