Super easy to prepare - had I factored this in I might have raised my rating to a five.

The pork is cooked for 10h in the slow cooker and comes out tender and flakey. But the power here is in the sauce. Balsamic vinegar honey and a few additions are cooked together for about 15 minutes till it's thickened. Delicious!

We've prepared this twice and both times felt it needed a bit more sauce. I'd up it by about 20%.

Update 2015 - still a great recipe, this time there was lots and lots of sauce. Not sure what was different. Excellent sandwiches, especially with slaw.
