If you are a ginger lover, these are the cookie for you. Love the double kick of ground and crysallized ginger. Great addition to a holiday dessert buffet.

These cookies are part of an article on ginger cookies in this issue, and it includes recipes for ginger biscotti (a nice change of pace from almond or chocolate biscotti), ginger and lemon cookies (very tasty tea-time cookie but would also be nice with a raspberry sorbet for a light dessert), and ginger snaps (which I did not make).
