Recipe Reviews

I wanted to make this an actual Shepherds pie but couldn't find ground lamb in my local market. Finding it is hit and miss here. I loved this version and used the option to add the cheese to the top by using some left over mashed potatoes that had lots of cheddar in them. I only had a small amount of those though and also used regular mashed potatoes and then topped with the cheese ones. I loved this but hubby only liked and son wouldn't eat it. He said it smelled like meat loaf and he doesn't like that. He also doesn't like green peas.

I checked this one out from the library but there are so many recipes I wanted to make I think I'll have to have my own copy. I have found quiet a few mistakes in this book but they're easy to work around and figure out.
