Good Italian fare. Somehow, making it makes you really feel like an Italian Mama.
I served it with rice and a fennel salad, which was a good combination.
I thought the amount of salt given for the meatballs was a bit much, so I took a third of that. That was a bit too little. Next time I'll take half or a bit more.
When planning, don't forget that in the end the meatballs still have to simmer in the sauce for an hour.
