A good basic curry. Could be done with other vegetables instead.
I used Turkish ground bell peppers instead of the chillies to tone done the heat and make it more childproof.

Celeriac, chicory and orange salad with toasted cashews reviewed by wester
Waldorf salad. Of course that didn't get to be a classic without reason, and this salad is quite good. It just doesn't add anything to the concept.

Smoked mackerel and pear salad reviewed by wester
Both my husband and my children really liked this one. Myself, I do not eat pears, but the rest of the salad was still pretty good.
All the same, we all agreed that it is not as brilliant as the smoked fish and sausage salad which has sausage instead...
