Everything was very good. While we did enjoy the Sage Pork chops we liked the ones from The New Midwestern Table better. I make colcannon often but with cabbage and ham. This version has kale and bacon. I knew I had to make this one when my daughter was here since she loves kale. We all agreed it was delicious but I think we like the one I usually make a bit better.
