These burgers were a really nice change of pace -- the seasonings (cumin, coriander, paprika), fresh herbs (mint and parsley), and olive oil make a really flavorful and moist burger. The cucumber-yogurt sauce is a snap to make and the perfect topping for this burger.
I used small pitas as my burger buns.
A nice-to-have for this recipe: a reliable instant-read thermometer.
