These are pliable and tasty! Held together great under hot fajita meat, grilled onions and a good dose of salsa. I did use an extra 1/2 tablespoon or so of shortening and almost the full cup of warm water. Only got 8 tortillas out of this (not 12-16 as the recipe states).
