Recipe Review

I always wondered the secret of great hash / brunch potatoes. The tricks in the recipe are great and really add to the overall dish. The bacon and potatoes were perfectly cooked and the melted onions and scallions were a nice addition. I will warn you that this recipe is quite involved for a side dish because Melted Onions take about 30 minutes and the bacon / potato cooking take another 30-45 minutes.

This recipe was awesome served with a fried egg over top.
