I agree that these are good but not great. They went well with the Fig-Stuffed Pork Loin but were not a fabulous side. I didn't use as much butter or sugar, though- perhaps they would have been better if I had.

I usually just bake sweet potatoes whole in the oven. This recipe calls for butter and brown sugar as additional ingredients. While they were very good, they were super sweet and candy like. I think sweet potatoes are sweet enough on their own. The recipe was very good, I will still give it 4 stars, but not really my taste.
