Rating 4 - Pretty good, would make this again.

I was worried that this would end up being bland, but I was mistaken. The flavors are delicate and not overpowering. You need to like the flavor of peas, because it is prominent. I went with 6 ounces of peas instead of 10, hoping to balance the potatoes and peas. It was a good choice.

I used low fat milk because that's what I happened to have in the kitchen. I also poured off some of the liquid before mashing just in case there was too much, figuring I could add it back later.
