Delicious, perfectly explained and unforgettable. You need two days to prepare it ahead, it takes some time, but it is extremely easy. Follow the instructions exactly and you'll succeed. Don't try to hurry it up. It is also rewarding because it serves 16 (at least), so the effort makes up for it. Ideal for preparing in advance when you are planning a party --one problem less to solve!
Last but not least: this is the best way to understand why "dulce de leche" is the most popular sweet that has it`s origin in Argentina but now it is world-known: in this recipe you learn how to prepare it at home. (Don't panic if it looks a little more liquid than you imagined, it's OK).
