Easy prep, quick cooking time, nice flavors make this dish a good addition to the list of easy week-night meals.
Following the advice of the recipe reviewers at the FC website, I made a full recipe of the sauce but only used half the amount of shrimp called for and it turned out to be just the right shrimp-sauce balance served over rice.
