These are, quite possibly, the best chocolate chip cookies I've had. I didn't change a thing in the recipe, though I usually go a little light on sprinkling sea salt on top of the cookies as well as in the mix, as they're salty enough for me. I always age the dough also; refrain from rushing as it does seem to improve the flavour.
These freeze well.
