The dressing was far too thick to be appetizing (an opinion shared as it turns out by other recipe reviewers at the Fine Cooking website -- wish I'd read them before I made this recipe). I also thought the flavor balance was off -- I love anchovies but ... too much anchovy. And too much parmesan.
