This is a lovely, not too sweet biscotti in which the whole is even better than the sum of the parts (pistachios, dried cranberries and orange zest/juice). It is also -- because of the hints of red and green (cranberries and pistachios) a really festive looking cookie. Very nice for a holiday buffet.
