Sovay from Northern England,

Delicious, pretty straightforward (though flour takes longer to brown than I expected) and also healthy if you use a bit less butter. Would have been quicker with ready -prepared turkey breast pieces - instead I dismembered a large turkey drumstick - cheaper plus better flavour.

Slightly heavy on the garlic for me - next time I'll cut down a little and add more herbs at the end. Also the bits of bay leaf stayed quite crunchy so I'll probably put them in early on. These are the reasons I've given only 4 stars.
