Florencia has written a lovely food memoir on becoming a zen cook. Her recipes are inspired by her heritage in the Argentine as much as her ancestors in Scotland. So much of who we are is bound up in the food we cook and eat. Flo's story is as enlightening as her food is and the joy is in cooking her recipes.
