While this was very good it was a bit salty even though I rinsed the cucumbers after they sit in the salt for 20 minutes. There wasn't any directions to rinse at all but next time I will rinse more thoroughly before drying the cucumbers. A bit on the spicy side for me but rest of family didn't think so. Good.
