This was excellent, fast and easy.
I made a half recipe as dinner for two. Used dried herbs for oregano, rosemary, and thyme. Very good.
Whole recipe would serve 4, but not 5.
Would probably be good with kip filets cut into bit chunks, but thighs have more flavor.
