Tasty! Mine puffed up quite a bit and needed a couple extra minutes. I used dark chocolate chips and added macadamia nuts. Next time I may cook it at 350 so it doesn't get too brown on top.

I was a tempted to add spices, but glad I didn't (at least this time). The end result was wonderful, unadulterated banana flavor with a moist, tender crumb. This browned quickly and I had to tent the loaf until the middle was set, about 22 minutes...
