This was delicious. I couldn't find the black soy or one of her other suggested alternates so I just added a bit of sugar to part of the soy in the sauce recipe. I also make her sweet and sour sauce to drizzle on the finished dish and it was delicious....

We've always enjoyed Pioneer Womans version of this recipe in the slow cooker. This version is great too in the instant pot. This one uses some Zesty Italian dressing mix packets where PW uses Italian seasoning. Both are delicious.
