These are delicious. If you enjoy citrus tasting muffins you'll love these. They're loaded with flavor from the juices and extracts and the yogurt gives a nice moistness.

Even though it's called tomato jam the author says it's like a fancy ketchup. I made a half recipe since I want to try the Buttermilk Biscuit Sandwiches on page 18 and the author says it's tailor made for them. I tried them on the hash browns page 143...

This recipe uses an interesting technique for making hash browns. You bake the potatoes first then push them through a screen or cooling rack so you'll have long sticks. I just pushed mine through a large grater through the large shred holes. The recipe...
