This came out nice and crispy after cooking for 15 minutes at 400, and then baking at 250 for 10-15 minutes. Obviously the thicker chips too longer, so I had to keep an eye on the thinner ones.

My daughter made this one. It's so good. It has a crispy crust and soft and chewy interior. Perfect for an Irish meal and great with butter on it.
