This is my new favourite braised lentil recipe -goes with lots of things and also great on its own. The marinated chicken is also delicious.

The fish is delicious and gets 5 stars; the vegetables are a bit fiddly what with all the blanching, and I'm not that keen on main courses in broth, so they get 3 stars.
