A really nice tart although the oil packed black olives were a bit intense for me. Another AJ-soupereasy project. The pastry was really nice and quite easy to work with. This is the second pastry recipe that I have made from this book and I highly recommend...

I was very impressed with the ease of bringing this together. I will preface this with the fact that I am not a baker. The pastry came together really easily in the food processor, I divided it into the rounded discs and refrigerated in seperate baggies...
