Very nice, easy, tasty, and attractive way to prepare fish. No cêpes in the store, so I used shiitakes instead. Fish was hake (merlu). The cooking time might be a bit long. I think I'd start looking around 10min (of 20min) to see if the fish is done....

Nice, easy pasta dish. I made a half recipe using frozen cooked shrimp. Tagliolini looks to be "round" tagliatelle, whatever that might mean. I used my fettuccine cutter and rolled to 5, so they were thickish noodles. A nice chewy shape to go with the...
